Amber-yellow colour. Fruity bouquet with distinct notes of apricot and peach.
Sweet but not sickly on the palate, the aromas are enhanced by a slight tannic note.
A pink wine with a fruity bouquet. Raspberry and citrus aromas dominate.
Fresh and soft in the mouth, with slight tannic sensations and fine and persistent perlage. Excellent as an aperitif but also to accompany meals, especially delicate dishes based on fish, shellfish and vegetables. Wonderful with forest fruit cheesecake.

In our apple orchard, surrounded by beautiful countryside, we lovingly grow autumn Fuji apples, chosen for their quality and unique flavour.
From these apples we make natural juice, available in a handy 3-litre bag-in-box format.
We offer two variants: clear and transparent filtered juice, and juice extracted by centrifuge, which contains a small amount of flesh in suspension, for a rich and authentic flavour.
We call it the “Serafini method”, and it’s our own personal approach to our work.
